Breakfast at K9 Coliving

Questions & Answers

What does “intentional co-living community” mean?

It means that we all want to live in a community, and have not chosen co-living due to the fact that is difficult to find housing in Stockholm, for example.

How long can I stay at K9?

We are a long term coliving, meaning that we only accept residents who plan to stay for at least 12 months or longer. In the first-hand contract, there’s a 3 calendar month notice period.

What happens after I’ve applied?

We will firstly ask for a personal interview or send some follow-up questions. And then, there’s a big matchmaking process based on your own needs as well as the community’s. You will be able to see the room and meet with us before signing the first-hand contract. And when it’s all done, you’ll be given a buddy to guide you through the onboarding process.

What’s the rent?

Depending on which room you choose, rent ranges between 6k – 15k SEK per month which includes conveniences like cleaning, kitchen supplies and all sorts of shared spaces and tools that the house has to offer.
